What I offer:
I would love to help you find a better grounding in present reality.
I see Psychotherapy as creative processes of living in the solution.
You may choose to focus on managing your life in a new way. This will necessarily impact your approach to family and other
relationships.
You will discover new inspirations and a new side of life.
You might decide to place more emphasis on asserting your own wishes and needs.
Take the First Step
You may arrive with uncertainty, questions, or simply a feeling that something in your life needs attention.
You do not need to have everything figured out before seeking support.
You may arrive with uncertainty, questions, or simply a feeling that something in your life needs attention. Together, we can explore what is happening, what matters most to you, and what steps may help you move forward.
A Free Initial Consultation
Book your free 30-minute introductory session today.
It’s important that you do the first step by confronting the problem. Due to my academic knowledge and my years of experience in this field, I’ll be happy to support you to gain confidence in finding your own path, and decide what’s good for you.
The first 30-minute meeting is free of charge.
My fee is 120 Euros and expenses for coaching can be deducted from your taxes.
This initial session gives both of us the opportunity to get a sense of whether we are a good fit. Trust, confidence, and a comfortable working relationship are essential for meaningful progress.
Sometimes the connection feels right immediately, and sometimes it does not – and that is perfectly okay.
One of the goals of our first meeting is to explore together what may be helpful to you and what may not. Every person is unique, and therapy is most effective when we discover an approach that genuinely fits your needs, personality, and circumstances.
My Approach
Although my professional background is routed in psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I do not believe that one method suits everyone. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches and adapt them to the individual. Depending on your situation, our work may incorporate elements of Behaviorism, Cognitive Coaching, Family System, the Gestalt Method, and other therapeutic methods.
In America, we get our academic degrees in Psychology as follows:
- BA (Bachelor of Arts)
- MA (Master of Arts)
- The Doctor title (PhD) is the Doctor in Philosophy.
That shows us that a good therapist is an artist, more a Philosopher rather than a medical Doctor or a scientist. The knowledge we have hasn’t been clearly defined scientifically as it is, for example, in Law…The rules we have to follow are not the determinators of our work.
What counts is his/ her language, his deep interest in his clients and their progress, his awareness of moral and ethical components, and his authentic ability to be a good listener, and clear boundaries.
Regardless of the method we use, two principles form the foundation of our work together:
Confidentiality: everything we discuss in session remains private and confidential.
Non-Judgement: Equally important is a non-judgmental attitude. I strive to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of criticism, labels, or value judgements.
My role is not to tell you how to live your life. Rather, I support you in seeing your situation more clearly, understanding your options, and discovering what is right for you. You deserve to be heard, understood, and accepted as you are.
What is Coaching?
Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is primarily solution-oriented. The emphasis is on identifying goals, strengthening resources, and develop practical strategies rather than engaging in deeper psychological analysis. During coaching, I encourage and support you to see your situation clearly yourself and to distinguish what is good for you, and then, make changes.
Areas of Focus:
I work with clients in the following areas:
-Individual Well-Being
-Work & Career
-Relationships & Family
-Life Planning & Stability
I really look forward to meet you in person, otherwise per Zoom. My goal is for you to reclaim happiness, strengthen your self-esteem, and work on your communication skills so that you will be in a satisfying exchange with your environment.
