I process your personal data, especially data related to your health. Such information includes your medical history, diagnoses, therapy suggestions and any findings, which I or other psychotherapists or doctors collect. To this end other doctors or psychotherapists, who are treating you, may make data available to me (e.g. in doctor’s reports), if you waive them of confidentiality.

People who receive the data are likely to be other doctors or psychotherapists, health service providers or in the case of unpaid bills also lawyers and legal institutions. When you establish contact between me and your health service provider, this is considered to show your consent to pass on information about your health, which is necessary to establish the necessity and the approval of the therapy or its prolongation.
The information is passed on mainly to clarify medical questions or questions which result from your relationship with your insurance company. In individual cases information is passed on to other valid recipients.

encrypt emails only protect the connection between my email account and the server but not the connection between the server and your email account. To offer you the best possible level of security for email, I have an additional email account (jennelle.liljestrand@protonmail.com). If you have an email account with Protonmail, I believe you have the best possibility to try to ensure that no one except me is able to read your emails.
