About Zoe
Zoe (she/her) is an experienced counselor passionate about helping clients cultivate and achieve meaningful change. Zoe provides services for children, adolescents, and adults and is currently meeting with clients throughout Germany and beyond over video, or in person in Heidelberg. She is a qualified and licensed therapist in the US state of Colorado and holds a Master’s in Social Work. Zoe has completed professional trainings in eating disorders, neurodiversity, and more.
Professional Experience
Zoe has a professional background supporting adults, children and adolescents, and families. Before starting her counseling practice in Germany, Zoe worked as a therapist in the US in a variety of settings, including adolescent and adult eating disorder treatment, adult mental health clinics, and a family therapy center. Zoe has also worked as both a parent coach and ADHD coach.
Counseling & Coaching Services
Zoe’s counseling style is influenced by the belief that we all come to counseling seeking change. Zoe collaborates with clients to identify desired areas of change and develop goals to work towards them. Along the way to change, Zoe partners with her clients to develop skills to manage overwhelming emotions and stressors, process past memories and trauma that impacts behaviors and feelings, and ultimately find ways to begin feeling more like themselves again. Zoe offers individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, and family counseling.

Food & Body Freedom
Zoe particularly enjoys working with clients struggling with their relationship with food, body, and movement. As a former eating disorder therapist, Zoe is passionate about collaborating with clients to learn how to find freedom from chronic dieting and other unwanted eating behaviors. She is particularly passionate about helping clients to build a healthier and more balanced approach to food and exercise. Her approach utilizes an intuitive eating and health at every size lens.
Fees
Individual counseling rate: €110 per 55-minute session
Family counseling rate: €120 per 75-minute session
Sliding scale rates for students and those experiencing financial difficulties can be
negotiated. Please contact Zoe to book a free introductory session to discuss
further. Please note that as a counselor, Zoe is unable to accept insurance.
