Counseling & Coaching Services
Zoe’s counseling style is influenced by the belief that we all come to counseling seeking change. Zoe collaborates with clients to identify desired areas of change and develop goals to work towards them. Along the way to change, Zoe partners with her clients to develop skills to manage overwhelming emotions and stressors, process past memories and trauma that impacts behaviors and feelings, and ultimately find ways to begin feeling more like themselves again. Zoe offers individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, and family counseling.
Some of Zoe’s specializations and professional passions include:
- Exploration of emotional responses to stressors
- Cultivating a healthy relationship with food, body, and exercise
- Adolescents & young adults
- Intercultural challenges & expat adjustment
- Learning how to manage self-critical and negative thoughts and unwanted behaviors
- Navigating personal & career changes
- Parent, behavioral, and executive functioning coaching
