About Me
I am a body-oriented psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting people through challenging life transitions – with a focus on online therapy since 2021.
My professional background includes eight years of clinical work in psychosomatic treatment centers as well as ongoing advanced training. My approach is mindfulness-based, resource-oriented, and grounded in empathy and respect.
Therapeutic Approach
Mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses interact like an inner compass, guiding us through life.
Difficulties or crises often arise when we lose touch with this compass and our inner balance. Becoming more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and body signals allows us to restore equilibrium and reconnect with our natural self-regulation.
I work integratively, drawing on current neurobiological and mindfulness-based research on the mind–body connection.
This approach differs from other body-oriented methods that rely mainly on movement or manual techniques.
My goal is to access deeper layers of unconscious experience and foster lasting inner growth.
What I Offer
Psychotherapy – Counseling – Coaching
I support individuals and couples in various life situations – from psychosomatic symptoms and personal crises to relationship challenges and emotional growth.
My work combines therapeutic dialogue with mindful body awareness, helping to bring inner dynamics to light and open new pathways toward clarity and stability.
Psychotherapy provides space for deeper emotional work and supports people experiencing mental or emotional distress in regaining balance and resilience.
Coaching focuses on specific issues or goals – such as gaining clarity, making decisions, or managing stress – and is usually structured as a short-term process.
