About me
I came to counseling through my own curiosity about how we make sense of our lives and how we reconnect with what matters when we feel lost. I believe we all have the capacity to live more fully, and my role is to support you in uncovering yours. I grew up in Latin America, studied in the U.S., worked in Asia, and now live here, in Munich. I know what it’s like to navigate cultures and big life transitions, and this experience helps me connect with people navigating change and new directions in their own lives.
What I offer
I work with expats and immigrants in both English and Spanish, offering counseling in Munich and online. I offer support with:
- Stress, overwhelm, and everyday pressures
- Navigating life transitions—moving abroad, changes in career or
relationships, becoming a parent, or grieving a loved one - Exploring identity, belonging, and self-worth
- Creating space for reflection and personal growth
My approach
My work is grounded in Gestalt principles and methods, focusing on what’s happening in the present moment—your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. In sessions, we might slow down and notice how you respond to certain situations, explore patterns that feel stuck, and experiment with new ways of relating.
My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I want you to feel safe, respected, and open to discovering new possibilities. I warmly welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and lifestyles.
Training
I’m currently in the third year of a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute, London) and practice in Germany as a Psychologischer Berater, or psychological counselor.
